ISO: Mincemeat Star Cookies

I am looking for the recipe for "Mincemeat Star Cookies". The cookie has a solid bottom pastry and a top pastry cut with a knife tip in a five pronged star shape. A dollop of mincemeat mix is placed on the bottom half, then covered with the top pastry. The mincemeat opens up the star shape as it cooks. This recipe appeared years ago in either the Sunset Book, Good Housekeeping or Better Homes and Gardens. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
