ISO: Salsbury Steak & Kielbasa

Misc.

I would love to learn how to make salbury steak & a great brown sauce to be served over it.

My husband loves kielbasa. So far I've made it in the oven & also microwaved it & serve it either with eggs or on a kieser roll with mustard & sauerkraut or with boiled potatoes & sauerkraut. Ay other ideas?
