Recipe: Coffee Fluff (1930's)

Desserts - Puddings, Gelatin
COFFEE FLUFF

1/2 pound marshmallows
1 cup brewed hot coffee
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup cream, whipped
1 teaspoon vanilla

Put marshmallows in double boiler. Add coffee and salt and stir until smooth. Chill.

When it begins to set fold in cream, whipped. Pour in freezing tray. This requires about two hours.

When frozen, serve in sherbet glasses.

Serves 6
