ISO: Soft fluffy sugar cookie

I am searching for a soft sugar cookie, not a cut out, but rather a drop cookie. As I recall they sort of crackled slightly on the top, but were very puffy and melted in your mouth. Can anyone help with this recipe? I bet Joe can!!
