ISO: Stuffed Mushrooms

I'm looking for a stuffed mushroom recipe that is very tasty. I'd like one similar to a restaurant's in Salt Lake City (Market Street Grill). It has crab and shrimp and tons of cheeses. Does anyone have such a recipe??? Thanks.
