Thank You: Peeling Hard Boiled Eggs

Misc.
I WISH TO THANK YOU LADIES FOR THE "TIPS" ON COOKING AND PEELING HARD BOILED EGGS - THIS "GENT" NEEDS ALL THE HELP HE CAN GET! I TOO CONSIDERED BUYING THE "EGG PEELER" ADVERTISED ON TV - THAT IS, UNTIL I READ YOUR RESPONSES. I PLAN TO TRY THE TIP OF COOKING THE EGGS - TRANSFERRING TO ICE WATER - BACK TO BOILING WATER FOR A SHORT TIME - THEN COOLING AND PEELING. SINCE RETIRING I DO ALL THE COOKING (AND WASHING OF DISHES) FOR MY WIFE AND I - AS MY WIFE IS STILL EMPLOYED. I ENJOY HAVING SUPPER PREPARED FOR MY WIFE WHEN SHE COMES HOME FROM WORK!
