ISO: Wyatt's Cafeteria Cheesecake

Hello! I have searched for years for the recipe for Wyatt's Cafeteria cheesecake. I remember eating it as a child when we would go to eat lunch there after church. To the best of my knowledge, it was not baked. I have seen and made other no bake cheesecakes, but they do not fit my memory. Can anyone help me out? Thank you so much for assistance.

I worked at Wyatt’s Cafeteria in the early 80’s. I was the pie cutter. Their cheesecake was Jello Brand Cheesecake Mix with sour cream mixed in. You will have to figure out the portions. It was delicious!
