Crab leg dinner ideas

Misc.
Hi, Lois - crab legs sound great! Since you probably don't want to run to the grocery store again, here are a couple of ideas to use what you might have on hand. You might want to turn your potatoes into a warm potato salad by tossing them with a dijon viniagrette with a little shallot or other onion, and some sliced green olives. Hush puppies sound good - maybe add some grated cheddar cheese to make them a little different (there was a restaurant here that had them when I was a kid - yum).

If you add a green salad, maybe one that includes apple or oranges (which are usually on hand), a little cheese, and something crunchy (like nuts, pine nuts, bacon, croutons), it will seem a little special.

Enjoy your dinner!
