PASTA DE BATATA or BATATAS EN ALMIBAR? There is a book from my mothers's time called COCINE A GUSTO, by Berta Cabanillas; Carmen Ginorio & Carmen Q. Mercado. This book was originally first printed in 1950. It is in Spanish but I will gladly do the translation as a courtesy to your dear mam . They have among others the following recipes:
