Recipe: Rochester Wings (baked, using soy sauces, chili sauce and honey)

ROCHESTER WINGS

"The sauce can also be used to marinate pork chops or steaks before grilling."

3 pounds chicken wings
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons salad oil
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Mix together all ingredients except chicken. Add chicken and marinate 8 hours or overnight.

Bake uncovered in a 325 degree F oven for 1 hour, basting often with extra sauce. (If basting with sauce that was used to marinate the chicken, boil the sauce for a few minutes before using.)

Makes 6 servings
