Help! How do you use clay cookie molds?

Hello,
I have some beautiful clay cookie molds & want to make some cookies using them for a gift but I have no recipes for these molds & no idea at all how to use them. If you know how or have recipes that work in these could you please help me. Thanks so much in advance to anyone who will take the time to help me : )
