iso of peanut butter pinwheel candy

Misc.

I am searching for peanut butter pinwheel candy. I want the type that is made with beaten egg whites and hot syrup--sort of like divinity. then peanut butter is spread on rolled out divinity and it is rolled up and sliced. I do not want the recipe that uses potatoes or cream cheese. Can anyone help me. I want to make these for Christmas and have lost my grandmother's recipe for it. Thank you.
