The recipe you're thinking of is, I'm told a regional dish and is not often available in lebanese restaurants. I know, I always ask for it too! I did find the recipe though in Abla Amad's cookbook. Abla has a restaurant here in Melbourne - she's really well known for her amazing lebanese food here in Melbourne. Her book should be fairly easily available at a good bookstore. The recipe looks simple though unfortunately i don't have a copy myself yet. good luck!
