Re: pizza crust that had ricotta cheese in it

Hello:

So funny. I went looking for this recipe online today and found your question. I am traveling but may have it in my recipe box. My memory is a tad of flour and some shredded mozzarella. No eggs that I recall. I think I put some cinnamon in the crust if I didn't put the sauce on it. Without the sauce and with the cinnamon I would have it for breakfast. I will look for it in my file once I am home. I actually bought almond flour today before I looked for the recipe. In the "old days" we just used white flour or if you were really "cutting edge" whole wheat flour:::)))) I will be back in touch if I find it. Regards, Chris Ryan
