ISO: ricotta cheese
I live just ouside of Phoenix AZ and I cannot for the life of me find some decent ricotta cheese. I come from Chicago and I never had to fend for myself when it came to purchasing ricotta. own here the stuff is grainy, (ick) kind of sweet (ick) and when heated, very milky. I have been to every Italian store in the place and no dice.

I give up. I'll make it myself. Please help!!
