CHOCOLATE-CHERRY GRANOLA BREAD
1 1/3 cups Gold Medal all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup Nature Valley granola
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup cut-up candied red cherries
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour loaf pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches.
Beat flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, buttermilk, oil, vanilla and egg in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely before slicing.
