The Cottage Cheese mix and the steak seasoning are both prepared in our kitchen from private recipes created over 41 years ago. These seasonings may be purchased at the bar and are also available at your local supermarkets.

I don't know the recipe, but I managed to get a similar taste by adding caraway seeds and a little onion salt. It looks like you can buy the seasoning mix from the restaurant. I expect that they would ship it.
