Carole I usually do some tweeking but when I finalize my menu towards the end of the week I will post it for you. If you go to Copykat site and Recipe favorites there is an atkins thread that has some good ideas and recipes I have posted some that I found for asparagus a breakfast bake and this scrumptious snack/dessert I found which I will post. I am still working on some others. Most I found have pork rinds and I am sorry but I cannot bring myself to eat these things.
