Ruhi, Thank you for your nice posting. Our family background is From England but we love Indian food amongst many others. We just love food! In regard to your question about Gera.....You will notice in the recipe that you mention that I explain about Gera. We can buy it here but I usually fry Cumin and crush it. My Indian friend that gave me the recipes does that also as it can sometimes be difficult to get the Gera. If you have any favorite recipes, please post them. BTW, I love Gulaab Jamin! Although I make them myself, I always order it in Indian Restaurants. One of my sons makes and eats Indian food most of the time. Theres are so many curry recipes out there and they are all great!
