Tips: Decorate Bread Dough with Cookie Cutter

... instead of slashing in straight lines, press
a cookie cutter lightly into the dough and cut
the shape with a knife deeply enough into the
dough so it "remembers" it while baking.

Just read this in a book today and jumped out of
my skin cuz I bake bread AND collect cookie cutters!
