Hi Jas,

I'm sorry to hear that you had to deal with flood damage. Thank you for letting me know about the link no longer working to the pdf file. I believe they took it down due to copyright issues but if you search on the Net using .pdf in your search you may find somewhere that still has it. I put info for purchasing the book used in the original message - here it is again if you're interested ($3 and free shipping isn't a bad price for it):
