The lighter taste the better for summer!

A fruit and cheese tray is always a great idea - especially in the summer!! A great dip for the fruit is marshmallow cream and orange juice.

Also, a fruit tart instead of a cake is a great idea.

A big bowl of iced shrimp

Chocolate covered strawberries.

Chicken or ham salad with miniture croissants.
