ISO: Blazers Shrimp Dip

Blazers is a restaurant located in Greenwood, SC. Their shrimp dip became a bit more famous as it's now sold online and in Bi-Lo stores. This can't be too difficult, I just wanted to see if anyone had a recipe before experimenting.
