Recipe(tried): Shrimp Jumbalaya (using Rotel, rice cooker)

SHRIMP JUMBALAYA

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/2 cups rice, uncooked
1 (10 1/2 oz) can beef broth
1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) margarine

Put all ingredients into rice cooker; stir.

Cook for 20 minutes, stirrin occasionally while cooking.

Makes 4 servings
