Recipe: Restaurant -Style Crazy Bread (using pizza dough)

Breads - Assorted
RESTAURANT -STYLE CRAZY BREAD

1 (10 ounce) tube refrigerated pizza dough
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease baking sheet.

Unroll dough on cutting board. Position lengthwise. With a sharp knife, cut dough in half lengthwise. Cut each half vertically in half, then in half lengthwise so that you have 8 even strips.

Being careful not to stretch dough, place each strip on prepared sheet. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until top just turns brown.

Meanwhile, melt butter on stove or in microwave on high for 15 to 20 seconds. Add garlic salt. Stir until thoroughly mixed.

With a pastry brush or spoon, spread butter mixture over each bread piece. Generously sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.

Makes 8
