Recipe(tried): Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

This is the recipe I have for Chocolate cover Peanut butter balls....
1 cup confectionary sugar
1 cup peanut butter
4 Tablespoons butter
Cream these ingredients together very well...then add
1/2 cup chopped cherries
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped coconut
Mix this very well and then roll into small balls....
I then freeze these (it makes it easier to dip them)
Dip one at a time in a mixture of melted chocolate chips and (just a little
piece of parafin wax)...Place balls on wax paper cover cookie sheet...
let set until set...
This makes a good size batch of balls....
