2 eggs
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1 chocolate graham cracker crust

Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Chill thoroughly before serving.

Hi Ken,

This is close to what you requested but without the flavorings. I would add 1 to 2 tsp almond or rum flavoring. If you're adding straight rum maybe 1 or 2 tablespoons. Here's a topping recipe for you:

SOUR CREAM TOPPING

1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine topping ingredients. Spread over chilled cheesecake. Refrigerate leftovers.

Happy Holiday Cooking!
