Recipe(tried): Taco Pizza (SWAZ)

Pizza/Focaccia
TACO PIZZA

Store bought dough mix or prefab crust
1/2 pound ground beef
1 pack Mexican chili seasoning
1 pound shredded Mexican cheese
TO SERVE:
1 pound shredded lettuce
2 diced tomatoes
1 pound of smashed Doritos
taco packets or taco sauce

Base is refried bean paste spread with spatula 1/3 inch thick to the edge of the crust! (continental-nugget were the original gallon containers we would receive at the store)

Mash chili seasoning thoroughly into beef. Pinch off seasoned pieces of beef and decorate bean paste everywhere 1-inch apart. Sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese over decorated pizza.

Bake at 425 degrees F on preheated baking stone until golden underneath (could range from 22-32 minutes ovens vary). At 14 minutes turn pizza 1/2 turn = 180 for even baking.

TO SERVE:
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and smashed Doritos. Serve with taco packets or taco sauce.
