OK, I may be crazy but...
I have been working on this technique of roasting a whole chicken.
I take a beer can and take the top off with a can opener, I then
pour off some of the beer and throw in some garlic, salt pepper, and
whatever, I then "PUT" it inside the Chicken cavity like one of those
stand up roasting stands. It seems to cook the Chicken much faster
and the only down side I seem to ee is it is hard to get the can out
of the chicken when I am done. If anyone has any hints or tips I am
all ears. I look forward to hearing your wisdom. I don't think the
beer adds much taste but beer seems to be cheaper than Coke so... I am
thinking of using wine poured into the can sometime though and think
this will be much better.
