BOB EVANS QUICK SPAGHETTI WITH MEATBALLS
1 lb. Bob Evans Italian Roll Sausage
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Egg
1 (28 oz) Jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz) Box spaghetti
In medium bowl, add sausage, bread crumbs, onions, cheese and egg. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 12 meatballs. Cook over medium-low heat, turning frequently, until brown.
Add spaghetti sauce. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Serve meatballs with sauce over spaghetti.
Makes 4 servings
