CAMPBELL'S SHORTCUT RISOTTO
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain rice
1 can Campbell's Condensed Chicken Broth
1 soup can water
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Heat butter in saucepan. Add onion and cook until tender-crisp.
Add rice and cook about 1 minute, stirring.
Stir in broth and water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minues or until rice is done.
Stir in cheese.
Servings: 4
