Recipe(tried): Christmas Dinner for the Whole Gang

Well, it's Christmas time once again! After experiencing Katrina, here in the New Orlenas Area, it will be a pleasure to sit down with the family once again and celebrate the birth of our Lord Savior!! Since we were unable to cook for Thanksgiving, we have prepared a menu that will take care of the missed holiday. Here it is!!

Starting Christmas Morning with: Cranberry Muffins topped with a cranberry sauce. (Fresh Cranberries, please)
Hot Wissel..Fresh home-made, please

Dinner: Spiral cut ham, Oven-baked Turkey, cornbread dressing, green bean casserole, macaroni and cheese, (home-made) candied Yams, mashed potatoes with gravy, peas, corn, yeast rolls, whole cranberry sauce, (fresh cranberries) Potato Salad, yeast rolls (homemade)

Dessert: Pumpkin Pie, Sweet Potato Pie, Pecan Pie, Vanilla Bean Chesse cake with raspberry sauce, bread pudding with warm rum sauce, red velvet cake

Everything is homemade...no bought stuff...if you would like recipes for anything, let me know. MERRY CHRISTMAS
