CRANBERRY-PEACH-OATMEAL KUGEL
2 cups uncooked oats
3/4 cups flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch square pan.
Mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, oil, and cinnamon. Spread half in the prepared pan.
In separate bowl, stir together the peaches and cranberry sauce. Spread evenly over the oat layer in the pan. Add remaining dry mixture over top.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve hot.
Servings: 6-8
