1 Large Package Cream Cheese ( I use light), softened
3/4 Cup Confectioner's Sugar
1 Large Carton Cool Whip (I use light)
Graham Cracker Crust
Mix all of the above together and pour into the pie shell.
I have made my with:
Huckleberry filling on the top.
Banana slices on the bottom.
Cherry Pie Filling on the top.
Apple Pie Filling on the top.
Any type of Fruit filling.
Also, you can use fresh strawberries on the top.
I know it shounds too easy, but everyone loves it. I always have to make two pies because
I know one won't be enough.
Easy, but Elegant Dessert
Option #1:
Strawberry-Kiwi Sherbert
Sliced Sugared Strawberries - Fresh
1 Bottle Sparkling Cranberry Cider
Place the sherbert into pretty glases.
Spoon sliced strawberries over the sherbert.
Pour in the cranberry cider, up to the top, but not overflowing.
You can add a touch of whip cream to the top for fun.
Option #2:
Strawberry-Kiwi Sherbert
Sliced Sugared Strawberries - Fresh
Pound or Angel Food Cake
Whip Cream
Place a nice slice of cake into a pretty dish.
Add a big scoop of sherbert.
Spoon on the strawberries
Add some whipped cream to the top and top with a fresh strawberry.
