Recipe: Dinner Menu for Welcome Back Party (with request for t Alfredo Sauce recipe)

DH and I are hosting a Welcome Back from Summer party for some friends Friday night. We're having a pasta bar where guests will be able to top the pasta of their choice with the sauce of their choice and any toppings of their choice.I need a tried and true recipe for Alfredo Sauce, can I replace the Parmesan in one with Pecorino, does anyone know?

The menu is as follows:

Appetizers:
Blue Cheese Stuffed Meatballs
