Recipe(tried): Elly's Pasta Salad. (Repost)

Misc.

Hi Julie,
I've posted this recipe several times here at TKL. Everyone I've ever served it
to loved it.
ELLY'S PASTA SALAD
1 # package tri-colored corkscrew pasta
1 bottle wish bone robusto italian dressing
grated parmesan cheese
any or all of the following:
thinly sliced purple onion
chopped green and red bell pepper
chopped celery
thinly sliced carrots
sliced mushrooms
small broccoli florets
artichoke hearts
sliced black olives
thinly sliced pepperoni
Cook the pasta, drain and rinse with cold water, drain well.
Prepare all the veggies, combine with pasta in large bowl. Pour on about half
the dressing and mix well (I always add more later, after the ingredients soak
it up) Put in fridge for at least 24 hours before serving. Stir a couple of
times during this period, and add more dressing if desired.
When ready to serve, sprinkle on parmesan cheese and mix in well.
