Recipe(tried): Feta and Garlic Spread - divine!

I promised to share some of my more successful recipes from my Chanukkah party, so here goes:
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 anchovy fillets, minced
6 tbsp. butter, softened
10 oz. (300 g) cream cheese
6 oz. (175 g) feta cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives or green onions
Few drops Tobasco sauce
Pinch freshly ground pepper
Combine ingredients in food processor until very smooth and creamy. I decorated the dish with cheese fish for colour, but it would look wonderful spread on those small squares of pumpernickel etc. etc. My husband combined it with a carp pate I had made on his sandwiches for work and said it was a great combination, also used it in an omelette with added mushrooms and fried onions.
