Recipe: Frozen Chai Tea Surprise Smoothie (blender)
BeveragesFROZEN CHAI TEA SURPRISE SMOOTHIE
"Decadent, indulgent, and surprising, consisting of spices and exotic flavors. Sip slowly, otherwise, this fantastic drink disappears much too soon!"
1 cup prepared chai tea
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 large banana*
1 teaspoon vanilla
Stevia to taste
Puree in a blender until smooth. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
*When used in the recipes, bananas can be frozen or freshly peeled. Frozen will yield a thicker, richer smoothie, more along the lines of a milk shake.
Makes 1 serving
