Recipe(tried): Fruit Kabob

Misc.

Strawberry/Cantalope/Seedless White Grape Kabobs

1 lb tub fresh strawberries
1 large cantalope
1 lb seedless white grapes
Half gallon Five Alive Juice (a citrus based juice)
Kabob sticks

Wash, hull, cut strawberries in half.
Wash grapes.
Peel, slice, cube cantalope.

Alternate onto skewers: strawberry half, cantalope cube, grapes, etc.
Place into shallow dish; cover with juice. Chill overnight, until ready to serve. You may pour juice off up to 4 hours before serving.

Juice may be added to fruit punch or you may drink it plain. Strawberries and cantalope have changed the flavor.

I have taken this recipe to two different group gatherings. Transports well (insulated container), even on the back of a motorcycle. Absolutly NO LEFT OVERS! Diabetics appreciate a dessert that they can eat, too.
