Hobbs you have given some VERY good advise -- Bless you! Shannon you are in good hands ....

A tip from me is to make a list of the food that will go on the table so you don't forget any :) I have gone as far as to place doilies on the table with serving spoons and label them so that everything made it to the table :) looks pretty too.

Set the table the night before too .... clear useless things from the counter ... giving someone else the task of filling the water picture and placing it out or filling the wine glasses.

Enjoy the day as Hobbs suggested ....
