HOLIDAY DINNER MAKE AHEAD TIPS

Put your soup on early in the morning.

You can prepare your stuffing the night before as long as you don't put it in the turkey until just before cooking.

You certainly can peel and prepare veggies and keep in water in fridge until just before cooking.

Gravy is usually done after the turkey is roasted and just before served because #1- You use the drippings...#2...it is best fresh.

Best of Luck to you and Merry Christmas!! Hope this helps a little.
