HOT DIGGITY HOT DISH
1 (7-ounce) package or 2 cups uncooked Creamettes Elbow Macaroni, cooked as package directs and drained
1 pound frankfurters, cut into quarters
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream, at room temperature
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon dill weed, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Turn into greased 2-quart baking dish.
Cover; bake 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Refrigerate leftovers.
Servings: 6
