3-LAYER DELIGHT
1ST LAYER:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2ND LAYER:
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
3RD LAYER:
1 (4-serving-size) box instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
1 (4-serving-size) box instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
3 cups milk
FOR TOPPING:
Cool Whip
Mix first layer ingredients and put in baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes.
Mix second layer ingredients together and spread over cooled first layer.
For third layer, mix milk and (dry) puddings, let stand. When thickened, spread over 2nd layer.
Spread cool whip on top of all.
