Recipe: How to Get Rid of Gnats

I learned that gnats eggs are in the soil of house plants which begin hatching in the spring. Purchase an environment friendly insecticide for house plants. Water the plants according to the directions. You will need to water with it every two weeks until the gnats disappear as their eggs hatch every two weeks. Lightly tilling the top soil before watering also helps.
