Recipe: Mascarpone Cheese Substitute

MASCARPONE CHEESE SUBSTITUTE

2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sour cream
2 ounces (1/4 cup) heavy (whipping) cream

Blend ingredients together well.
