Recipe: Mayonnaise Cranberry Bundt Cake (using cranberry sauce and walnuts, 1980's)

MAYONNAISE CRANBERRY BUNDT CAKE

1 1/2 cups whole berry cranberry sauce (one 15 ounce can)
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Combine cranberry sauce, walnuts, mayonnaise, orange juice and orange zest. Mix well.

Sift together in another bowl, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir all ingredients together. Mix well. Put in a greased Bundt or tube pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
