The recipe is on the back of a Pillsbury Moist Supreme Classic Yellow cake mix box. Near the bottom right of the back is a small circle with "Plus it Up!" written on it. It says, "Cookie Surprise Cake For a cookie dough flavor, stir 1 cup of crushed chocolate chip cookies into cake batter. Bake as directed"
