HI Michelle, hope the recipe I posted is what you wanted. I think I have on the recipe makes 4 quarts. I don't think that is right. 12 eggs will probably make 2 quarts but you will probably have enough of the brine for 4 quarts so just use 2 dozen eggs . Enjoy. Someone asked if you peel the eggs first. Yes, for sure.
