FOR A 1 1/2 LB LOAF:
1 packet active dry yeast
1 cup rye flour
2 tbsp gluten
3 cups bread flour
2 tbsp buttermilk powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter, softened
1 1/2 tbsp caraway seeds
1 1/2 cups water
