Recipe: Sour Cream Poppy Seed Bread (bread machine)

SOUR CREAM POPPY SEED BREAD

FOR ONE 1 LB LOAF:
1/2 tsp active dry yeast
4 tsp sugar
2 cup bread flour
2 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup sour cream, room temperature
1 tbsp warm water

FOR ONE 1 1/2 POUND LOAF:
1 tsp active dry yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
3 cup bread flour
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream, room temperature
3 Tbsp warm water

Combine ingredients according to the manufacturer's directions.

For Panasonic/National machines, use 2 teaspoons of yeast for 1 1/2 pound loaf.

For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 2 1/2 ounces of warm water in the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
